I am OPEN from Sunday to Tuesday and CLOSED from Wednesday to Saturday.

You may still place orders during closed hours, but processing will begin once I’m open.

Please note: I am a high school student, so order processing may be delayed during busy school periods.

All candles are hand-poured, so slight variations in color, scent, or appearance may occur.

Scent descriptions are subjective and may vary based on individual preferences.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders must be paid in full before processing.

Accepted payment methods:

Apple Pay (+$2 fee)

Venmo (+$2 fee)

Cash (No coins accepted)

Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed & made within 2–3 business days.

Shipping will take UP TO A WEEK AFTER ORDER IS PLACED

Shipping timelines may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Issaac’s Candles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our products.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 2 days of delivery.

We may offer a replacement or store credit.

Photo evidence of damage is required.

6. Candle Safety

Always follow the safety instructions provided with your candle.

Never leave a candle unattended or near flammable objects.

Issaac’s Candles is not liable for any damages caused by misuse of the product.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, product names, and content are the property of Issaac’s Candles.

Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
